Blog- Don’t be an ostrich about showrooming

Many companies are still looking for their right position on the internet. Yes, that’s a fact. Due to social media they already have been confronted with the additional fact that people can share an opinion about them and that the request to ‘talk’, if possible ‘all the time’.

Since some months, although mentioned in my report one and a half years ago, a new phenomenom rules the way people deal with your brand. But, this time it’s not only that powerful internet that changes their world, it also changes the real-world shopping behaviour of their precious clients.
